Abstract:

Práce se jmenuje Uplatňování nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti Úřadem práce v Písku. Její součástí je teoretická část, výzkum, závěr a doporučení, které vyplývá z výzkumu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do 5 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola představuje region Písek. Kapitola charakterizuje tuto oblast z hlediska geografického a demografického. Tato kapitola by měla pomoci čtenářům vytvořit si komplexní přehled o regionu Písek. Druhá kapitola je věnována trhu práce - nejprve obecně a dále popisuje trh práce v regionu Písek. Třetí kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s orgány služeb zaměstnanosti, s právními předpisy a s Úřadem práce v Písku. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá různými nástroji aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a pátá kapitoae na ni navazuje specifikací nástrojů poskytovanými Úřadem práce v Písku. Praktická část by měla pomoc Úřadu práce v Písku zjistit nedostatky v poskytovaných službách. K tomu slouží 2 metody. Analýza dokumentů použitá v teoretické i praktické části. V teoretické části je díky analýze dokumentů vypracována analýza trhu práce v Písku a analýza firem v Písku, které spolupracují s Úřadem práce v Písku. V praktické části se tato metoda používá pro zpracování dat a následné vyhodnocení. Další metodou je dotazník, který byl odeslán firmám.

Abstract:

The dissertation is called Application of the labour market policy by Labour Office in Písek. It consists of a theoretical part, practical research, conclusion and the recommendation, which results from the evaluated outcome. The theoretical part is divided into 5 main chapters. The first chapter introduces the region Písek. Chapter characterized the region in terms of geographic and demographic. This chapter should help to readers to form a comprehensive overview about the region. The second chapter is devoted to the labor market - first general and then describes the labor market in the region of Pisek. The third chapter introduces the reader with the authorities of employment services, with legislation and with the Labour Office in Písek. The fourth chapter deals with the different instruments of active employment policy and the fifth chapter builds on it, because it is the specifics of the instruments of Labour Office in Písek. Practical part should helps to the Labour Office in Písek to find out absences in their provided services. For that are used at work 2 research methods. Document analysis is used in theoretical and in the practical part too. In the theoretical part is thanks to document analysis developed analysis of labor market in Písek and analysis of the companies in Písek that interact with the Labour Office in Písek. In the practical part is this method used for data processing and subsequent evaluation. Another method was a questionnaire, that was send to companies.
