Abstract:
S cílem posoudit vliv přítomnosti obalu vytištěného metodou 3D tisku a následné tepelné úpravy na rychlost uvolňování účinné látky z matricového jádra byly zkoumány 3 různé formulace jader s glycerol dibehenátem připravené metodou přímého lisování. In order to describe the effect of the presence of a coating printed by 3D printing and the heat treatment of coated tablets on the release rate of the active substance from the matrix core, 3 different core formulations with glyceryl dibehenate prepared by direct compression were investigated.
