Analysis of Commercial Suburbanization in the Background of Prague

Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá komerční suburbanizací v zázemí hlavního města Prahy. Cílem práce bude identifikace lokální ekonomické struktury z hlediska komerční suburbanizace a zhodnocení míry její socioekonomické významnosti v suburbánním pásmu hlavního města Prahy. Dalšími dílčími cíli práce je definice a vymezení pásma komerční suburbanizace, kvantifikace míry, v rámci které daný ekonomický subjekt participuje v lokálních strukturách, tedy na místním trhu práce, zboží anebo služeb a také kvantifikace míry, v jejímž rámci vybrané obce a obce s rozšířenou působností Středočeského kraje vytvářejí lokální trhy práce, zboží a služeb. V druhé praktické části je provedeno ocenění bytové jednotky a rodinného domu. Třetí, analytická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzu realitního trhu vybraného regionu.

Abstract:

Annotation This Bachelor's thesis deals with commercial suburbanization in the background of Prague. The goal of this thesis is to identify the local economic structure in terms of commercial suburbanization and to evaluate the extent of its socio-economic significance in the suburban zone of Prague. Other partial objectives of this thesis are the definition and establishment of the zone of commercial suburbanization, quantification of the extent within which a certain economic subject participates in local structures, namely on the local labour market, as well as the market of goods or services; and the quantification of the extent to which a framework of selected municipalities and the municipalities with extended authority in Central Bohemia establish local labour markets, as well as the markets of goods and services. The second, practical, part of this thesis offers pricing analysis of a flat and a family house. The third, analytical, part of this Bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the real estate market of a chosen region.
