A survey of client satisfaction with the services of the spa hotel Romance Pushkin

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci uskutečňuji pomocí metod marketingového průzkum spokojenosti mezi klienty vybraného lázeňského hotelu Romance Puškin, který se nachází v srdci Karlových Varů. Průzkum slouží k odhalení nedostatků a předností hotelu z pohledu klientů. Vypracovala jsem dotazník, který jsem distribuovala na recepci hotelu a tam ho personál předával k vyplněním odjíždějícím klientům. Na základě jeho vyhodnocení jsem vyvodila konkrétní závěry a navrhla tak opatření vedoucí k odstranění nedostatků a k utužení spokojenosti. V teoretické části jsem objasnila všechny důležité pojmy, které souvisí s praktickou částí. V praktické části jsem nejdříve hotel představila a definovala jeho marketingový mix a strategické plánování a následně jsem představila výsledky vyhodnocených dotazníků. Další část se týká mystery shoppingu jako jednoho z nástrojů marketingového průzkumu a průzkumu spokojenosti zákazníků. Dle zjištěných údajů jsem navrhla vhodná opatření. Výsledek mé práce slouží jako orientační bod, od něhož se mohou odvíjet další kroky hotelu směřující k zvýšení spokojenosti klientů hotelu Romance Puškin.

Abstract:

In this Bachelor´s Dissertation performed using the methods of marketing research survey of satisfaction among clients of the selected spa hotel Puškin located in the heart of Karlovy Vary. A survey designed to discover the advantages and disadvantages from the viewpoint of clients. I developed a questionnaire that I distributed at the reception and there the hotel staff imparted it to completing by departing clients. Based on its evaluation, I draw conclusions and propose concrete measures leading to gaps and strengthening satisfaction. In the theoretical part I explained all the important concepts that relate with the practical part. In the practical part I introduced the hotel first and defined the marketing mix and strategic planning, and then I presented the results evaluated by questionnaires. The next part relates with the mystery shopping as a tool of marketing research and customer satisfaction surveys. According to the collected data, I propose appropriate measures. The result of my work serves as a reference point from which it can evolve further steps towards increasing customer satisfaction in the Hotel Puškin.
