Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací distribuce zboží k odběratelům ve vybrané firmě aplikací dopravně-optimalizačních metod. Sídlo firmy se nalézá ve Veselí nad Lužnicí, odtud je také provázena distribuce k zákazníkům. Na základě konzultace s logistickou pracovnicí firmy, bylo zvoleno devět hlavních odběratelů. Přáním firmy je distribuce zboží k odběratelům v jeden den. Následně je provedena kalkulace vzdáleností mezi odběrateli a sídlem firmy. Tato data jsou analyzována způsobem, na který lze aplikovat metody operačního výzkumu. Následně je aplikována Maďarská metoda za účelem optimalizace distribuce k odběratelům. Po aplikaci není nalezeno optimální řešení. Z toho důvodu je přistoupeno k aplikaci Kruskalova algoritmu. Jeho aplikací je získána kostra grafu a nalezena nejkratší možná trasa pro obsluhu všech odběratelů. Poslední aplikovaná metoda je Clark-Wrightova metoda za účelem optimalizace distribuce v závislosti na kapacitě vozu a denní pracovní době. Dojde ke zjištění dvou výsledných tras. Následuje vyhodnocení výsledků a návrhům opatření pro distribuci zboží k odběratelům. Jako zakončení bakalářské práce dochází ke shrnutí získaných výsledků a zhodnocení, zda byla optimalizace distribuce provedena úspěšně a je možné řešení navrhnout vedení společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the distribution of goods to customers in a selected company using traffic optimization methods. The company's headquarters are located in Veselí nad Lužnicí, from where distribution to customers is also provided. Based on a consultation with the company's logistics staff, nine major customers were selected. The company's wish is to distribute the goods to customers in one day. Subsequently, the calculation of distances between customers and the company's headquarters is performed. These data are analyzed in a way that operational research methods can be applied. Subsequently, the Hungarian method is applied in order to optimize the distribution to customers. No optimal solution is found after application. For this reason, the application of the Kruskal algorithm is started. Its application obtains the skeleton of the graph and finds the shortest possible route for serving all customers. The last method applied is the Clark-Wright method in order to optimize the distribution depending on the car capacity and daily working hours. Two resulting routes will be detected. The following is an evaluation of the results and proposals for measures for the distribution of goods to customers. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, there is a summary of the obtained results and an evaluation of whether the distribution optimization was performed successfully and it is possible to propose a solution to the company's management.
