Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny v Rosicích. První část je zaměřená na teoretické poznatky a obsahem druhé části je již konkrétní vlastní návrh práce. Formou dotazníkového šetření je proveden průzkum, který pomůže s konkretizací daného podniku. Součástí práce je zpracování strategické analýzy, jejíž výstupy jsou klíčové pro samotný podnikatelský plán.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on creating a business plan for the opening of a new cafe in Rosice u Brna. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge and the content of the second part is a specific design of the thesis. The survey is carried out to help with specification of the bussines.
