Reforma financování školství a její dopady na klasické základní školy a malotřídní základní školy

Law reform in the financing of education and its impacts
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce hodnotí dopad změny zákona na financování klasických základních škol a malotřídních základních škol zřizovaných krajem, obcí či svazkem obcí v České republice. Záměrem realizace této reformy byla eliminace nerovného postavení škol, nepředvídatelnosti normativů v čase, rozdílné úrovně platů pedagogů a nezohledňování rozsahu přímé pedagogické práce.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis evaluates the impact of a law reform on the funding systém for primary schools and small primary schools in the Czech Republic. Aim of this reform was to eliminate the unequal position of schools, the unpredictability of normatives during a time, different category salaries of teachers and failure verifying the scope of teacher´s work with students.
