Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou podpůrné programy a nástroje v bytové politice ČR. První kapitola práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu bydlení a jeho jednotlivé formy. Druhá kapitola se pak zaměřuje na nájemní smlouvu a její obligatorní a fakultativní náležitosti. Třetí kapitola se věnuje samotným podporám a podpůrným programům a nástrojům v bytové politice ČR.
