Práca sa zoberá vplyvom rozvoja cestovného ruchu na cenu nehnuteľností v lokalite Tále. Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je posúdenie miery rozvoja cestovného ruchu a jeho vplyv na cenu nehnuteľností v lokalite Tále.
