Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat a posoudit vliv zavedení výdajových paušálů u poplatníků s příjmy ze závislé činnosti na výši jejich mzdy a výši daně, a dále z hlediska jejich zaměstnavatelů a veřejných financí. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení závislé činnosti, příjmům z této činnosti a výpočtu daňové povinnosti u poplatníků s příjmy ze závislé činnosti. Přehledem výdajových paušálů, které si mohou uplatnit poplatníci ze závislé činnosti v zahraničí, se zabývá druhá kapitola. Ve třetí kapitole je uveden výpočet výdajového paušálu a jeho vliv na mzdy a zdanění zaměstnanců, zaměstnavatelů a vliv na veřejné finance.

Abstract:

This work aims to describe and examine the impact of expenditure lump sums, regarding taxpayers with income from a dependent personal service, on their salary size and tax amount, and also from the perspective of their employers and public finance.The first chapter focuses on the definition of a dependent personal service, the income from this service and the calculation of tax liability regarding taxpayers with income from a dependent personal service. The second chapter deals with an overview of expenditure lump sums that can be used by taxpayers pursuing a dependent personal service in a foreign country. The third chapter lists the calculation of expenditure lump sums and its impact on the salaries and taxation of employees, employers and the impact on public finance.
