Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálního šetření, které je důležitou součástí komplexního hodnocení ohroženého dítěte a rodiny. Práce vymezuje rizika domácího násilí a syndromu CAN, na což navazuje sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, která by měla takovému jednání zabránit a hájit práva nezletilých. This Master thesis is focused on the issue of social inquiry, which is an important part of a comprehensive assessment of child and family. This thesis defines the risk of domestic violence and syndrome CAN, which is related to Social and Legal Protection of Children, which should prevent such behavior and to defend the rights of minors.
