Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující cenu potravinářské pšenice a posoudit jejich zastoupení v koncové ceně produktu. Vedle ekonomických ukazatelů popsat i biologické vlastnosti pšenice, které ve výsledku rovněž ovlivňují její cenu.
