Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty firmy Mondi Bags Štětí a.s. pro benchmarking a budoucí účely, a to k 27. 4. 2018. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici základních pojmů jako hodnota, strategická analýza, finanční analýza, finanční plán a základní metody ocenění. V praktické části je představen oceňovaný podnik, na který je následně aplikována finanční a strategická analýza. Na základě výstupů z analýz je sestaven finanční plán, který je základní kostrou pro ocenění podniku. Vý-sledná hodnota podniku je stanovena pomocí výnosové metody DCF ve variantě entity.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is an assessment of company value of Mondi Bags Štětí a.s. for benchmarking and future purposes, as of 27th April 2018. The thesis is composed of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on a definition of basic concepts such as value, strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and basic valuation methods. In the practical part, a company subjected to evaluation is presented, on which a financial together with strategic analysis are subsequently applied. Based on the results of the analyses, a financial plan is created, which is the major input of the company’s valuation. The resulting value of company is determined by using the DCF yield method in the entity variant.
