The Cost Analysis in the Selected Manufacturing Company in the Olomouc Region

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů ve vybraném výrobním podniku v Olomouckém kraji v období mezi lety 2018-2020. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je provedena literární rešerše týkající se témat jako je účetnictví, náklady, řízení nákladů, nákladová funkce, bod zvratu nebo kalkulace. V praktické části práce jsou využity poznatky získané z teoretické části, které jsou následně uvedeny do praxe. Na začátku praktické části je představen vybraný výrobní podnik, poté následuje analýza jeho nákladů, sestavení nákladových funkcí, analýza bodu zvratu a kalkulace nákladů na jeden metr čtvereční výrobků. Závěr práce zakončuje kapitola, která se věnuje závěrečným doporučením pro společnost, mezi něž patří: vytvoření pracovní pozice pro podnikového ekonoma, zvýšení zadluženosti společnosti, využívání metody kalkulačního členění nákladů a obnova stálých aktiv společnosti.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of costs in a selected manufacturing company in the Olomouc region in the period between 2018-2020. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the work, a literature search is performed on topics such as accounting, costs, cost management, cost function, break-even point or calculation. The practical part of the work uses the knowledge gained from the theoretical part, which are then put into practice. At the beginning of the practical part, a selected manufacturing company is introduced, than followed by an analysis of its costs, compilation of cost functions, analysis of the turning point and calculation of costs per square meter of products. The final chapter deals with the final recommendations for the company, which include: creating a job position for a business economist, increasing the company's indebtedness, using the method of cost calculation and restoration of fixed assets of the company.
