Tato diplomová práce se zabývá spotřebitelským úvěrem v českém právním řádu v kontextu směrnice 2008/48/ES. Především se tak zaměřuje na směrnici 2008/48/ES, potažmo zákon č. 145/2010 Sb., o spotřebitelském úvěru a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with consumer credit in the Czech legal order in the context of Directive 2008/48/EC. It mainly focuses on Directive 2008/48/EC, concretely also on the Act No. 145/2010 Collection of Law, on consumer credit and change some laws, as amended.
