Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Začleňování dětí z marginalizovaných skupin do vzdělávacího systému základních škol z pohledu pedagoga je zaměřena na postoje pedagogů vůči inkluzi. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů jako inkluze či integrace. Dále na historický vývoj inkluze napříč světem. Důležitá je i kapitola, která se zaměřuje na legislativní rámec problematiky. Dále se zaměřuje na účastníky inkluzivního vzdělávání. Poslední kapitola teoretické časti se zaměřuje na marginalizované skupiny a jejich specifika. Praktická část je zaměřena na zpracování dotazníků, které autorka využila k získání dat od pedagogických pracovníků napříč Českou republikou. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány výsledky a nabízena doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled Inclusion of children from marginalized groups in the educational system of primary schools from the perspective of a pedagogue is focused on the attitudes of pedagogues towards inclusion. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms such as inclusion or integration. Next, the historical development of inclusion across the world. The chapter that focuses on the legislative framework of the issue is also important. It also focuses on participants in inclusive education. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on marginalized groups and their specifics. The practical part is focused on the processing of questionnaires, which the author used to obtain data from pedagogical workers across the Czech Republic. At the end of the work there are recommendations and a summary of the results.
