Adaptation of newly recruited employee in the company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována procesu adaptace nově přijatého zaměstnance ve firmě, a to jak v rovině obecné, tak v rovině konkrétní u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Zabývá se procesy, které směřují k začlenění nového zaměstnance do pracovního kolektivu, jeho adaptací na kulturu organizace a ostatními personálními činnostmi, jejichž cílem je především získání plnohodnotného zaměstnance. Výsledky analýzy prováděné v konkrétní firmě jsou podkladem pro návrh na zlepšení adaptačního programu.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the process of adaptation of newly recruited employee in the company, both from the general and the specific point of view in the selected business entity. It deals with the processes that lead to the integration (adaptation) of new employees into the workforce, its adaptation to the culture of the organization and other personal activities, mainly aiming at acquiring the employee. The results of the analysis carried out in a particular company are the basis for a proposal to improve the adaptation program.
