Managerial income statements compiled for the specific company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou manažerské výsledovky sestavované na příkladu konkrétního podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnutí struktury manažerských výsledovek pro sledovaný nevýrobní podnik tak, aby mu bylo poskytnuto co nejvíce informací o jednotlivých produktech a střediscích. Dalším cílem je navrhnout společnosti vhodné členění nákladů, které by mohlo být použito nejen při sestavování manažerských výsledovek, ale i při dalších rozhodovacích úlohách. Teoretická část práce se věnuje představení manažerského účetnictví, zejména členění nákladů v manažerském účetnictví, dále také struktuře manažerských výsledovek. V praktické části je představeno doporučené členění nákladů, na které poté navazují navržené struktury jednotlivých výsledovek. V závěru jsou shrnuta důležitá doporučení pro podnik.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis are managerial income statements compiled for the specific company. The main goal of this work is to design the structure of managerial income statements for the monitored non-production company so that it is provided with as much information as possible about individual products and centers. Another goal is to propose to the company a suitable dividing of costs, which could be used not only in compiling managerial income statements, but also in other decision-making tasks. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the introduction of managerial accounting, especially the dividing of costs in managerial accounting, as well as the structure of managerial income statements. The practical part presents the recommended dividing of costs, which are followed by the proposed structures of income statements. Other recommendations for the company are also proposed here.
