V mojej bakalárskej práci sa budem venovať problematike trestnopávnym a kriminologickým aspektom vraždy, nielen z pohľadu vývoja a historického hľadiska, ale najmä z pohľadu súčasného trestného práva a najmodernejších kriminalistických metód a postupov.
