Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele se zaměřením na obchodování na internetu. Cílem této práce je poskytnout čtenáři povědomí o klamání spotřebitelů při obchodování na internetu. Práce nejprve pomocí legislativy definuje spotřebitele a podnikatele a vztahy mezi nimi. Poté se čtenář dozví, před jakým chováním ze strany podnikatele je spotřebitel chráněn. This thesis deals with consumer protection with a focus on online trading. The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with an understanding of consumer deception when trading on the internet. The thesis first uses legislation to define consumers and businesses and the relationship between them.
