Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá navržením komunikačního plánu Techmania Science Center o. p. s., které prošlo významnou přestavbou hlavní expoziční haly a vystavěním nového 3D Planetária. Vznikla zde tedy potřeba komunikovat tyto změny cílovým skupinám science centra, a získat tím návštěvnost potřebnou k dosažení cílů organizace. Práce je rozdělena do 4 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola stručně představí Techmania Science Center o. p. s. Druhá kapitola obsahuje vybrané situační analýzy, které napomohou k určení silných a slabých stránek science centra, příležitostí a hrozeb vnějšího prostředí organizace, a dále k definování cílů a strategie. Třetí kapitola se věnuje marketingovému výzkumu, který je zaměřený na jednu z cílových skupin science centra. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje vlastní návrh komunikačního plánu. V této části jsou uvedeny komunikační nástroje, které jsou rozšířené o návrhy nových komunikačních aktivit, které mohou být využity v praxi science centra. V závěru jsou popsány návrhy a doporučení týkající se komunikačních aktivit, které mohou v budoucnu doplnit komunikační mix.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal of a communication plan for Techmania Science Center o. p. s, which has undergone a significant reconstruction of the main exhibition hall, and construction of a new 3D Planetarium. Therefore a need arose to communicate these changes to the target groups of the science centre, and to get the attendance needed to achieve the organization's goals. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces Techmania Science Center o. p. s. The second chapter contains selected strategic analyses that will help to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the science centre, opportunities and threats of the external environment to the organization, and to define the objectives and strategies. The third chapter is devoted to marketing research, which is focused on one of the target groups of the science centre. The fourth chapter contains the proposal of the communication plan. There are communication tools used in this section that are enhanced by proposals of new communication activities that can be used in the practice of the science centre. In the conclusion, suggestions and recommendations are described concerning the communication activities that may fill in the communication mix in the future.
