Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním investičního záměru firmy ABC prostřednictvím cizích zdrojů. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je charakterizována investice, metody v hodnocení investičního projektu a peněžní toky plynoucí z investice. This thesis deals with the financing of the investment plan of the company ABC from external sources. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part characterises the investment, methods in the evaluation of the investment and cash flows of the investment.
