Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozebrat současnou bankovní kriminalitu a nastínit způsoby jejího odhalování a preventivní opatření. Bankovní kriminalitu jsem rozdělila podle prostředí jejího páchání – na vnější a vnitřní. Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to analyze current banking crime and to outline ways of detection and preventive measures. I divided the banking crime by committing its environment – the external and internal. The outer bank of crime, among other things, I included offenses of money laundering, credit card fraud, forgery and altering legal tenders or robbery.
