Burnout syndrome in competitive athletes
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá mírou vyhoření výkonnostních sportovců ve věku 15 až 30 let. Je zaměřena na prokázání příznaků vyhoření či syndrom vyhoření samotný. Teoretickou část tvoří shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o stresu a syndromu vyhoření u sportovců. Abstract:
The thesis deals with a degree of burnout syndrome in competitive athletes aged 15 to 30 years. It is focused on demonstrating signs of burnout or burn-out syndrome itself. The theoretical part consists of a summary of current knowledge about stress and burnout among athletes.
