Mapping of Security Risks in Selected Municipality

Abstract:

Práce ve své teoretické části seznámí čtenáře s legislativou vztahující se k problematice mapování bezpečnostních rizik v obci Holešov, budou zde definovány základní pojmy potřebné pro pochopení praktické části této práce, bude zde rovněž řešena problematika přepravy a nakládaní s nebezpečnými látkami, popsána bude metoda mapování rizik, která bude následně realizována v praktické části této práce. Praktická část práce bude obsahovat popis obce Holešov včetně jednotlivých rizik vyskytujících se v této lokalitě, uvedená rizika budou následně ohodnocena. Hlavní náplň praktické části bude věnována tvorbě map nebezpečí, mapě zranitelnosti a výsledné mapě rizika. Poslední kapitola pod názvem Diskuze bude obsahovat komentář ke stávající situaci v obci Holešov a bude zde uvedeno i několik doporučení na zlepšení bezpečnostní situace v Holešově. Rizika, která se nedají zanést do mapového podkladu, nebudou na jednotlivých mapách zaznačena, ale budou součástí analýzy rizik.

Abstract:

The thesis in its theoretical part acquaints the reader with the legislation related to the mapping of the security risks in town Holešov, the basic concepts needed to understand the practical part of this thesis will be defined here, address the issue of transport and handling of hazardous substances will be solved as well, the method of risk mapping will be described and then implemented in the practical part of this work. The practical part of the work will contain a description of the town Holešov, including individual risks occurring in this locality and these risks will be subsequently evaluated. The main content of the practical part will be devoted to the creation of hazard maps, vulnerability map and the resulting risk map. The last chapter called Discussion will contain a commentary on the current situation in Holešov and some recommendations for improving the security situation in Holešov will be named here. Risks that cannot be included in the map will not be marked on the individual maps, but will be part of the risk analysis.
