Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje fenoménu zdraví a vybraným aspektům zdravého životního stylu. Zachycuje podstatu čínského a indického pojetí zdraví a jeho ovlivnění stravovacími a pohybovými zvyklostmi. Práce nahlíží do čínské a indické kuchyně s cílem seznámit s jejich netradičními surovinami a kulturou stolování. Náplní závěrečné části je rozbor základních pohybových aktivit Číny a Indie, kterými je tai-či a jóga.

Abstract:

This diploma work is dealing with phenomenon of health with certain selected acpects of healthy lifestyle. It records an essence of chinese and indian approach to health and its interference by boarding and motion habits. The work insights into chinese and indian cuisine to introduce their nontraditional food commodities and eating habits. Analysis of tai-chi and yoga, as the basic motion activities of China and India, form the content of the last part of this work.
