Children`s free play in the function environmets within the Open groups concept

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se soustředí na problematiku volné hry dětí ve funkčních prostorech v Konceptu otevřených skupin. Práce je členěna na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy, jako je Koncept otevřených skupin, charakteristika otevřených skupin, dále objasňuje pojem funkční prostředí. Za stěžejní část teoretické části považuji čtvrtou závěrečnou kapitolu. První část této kapitoly objasňuje teorii hry z pohledu vědeckých disciplín – psychologie, kulturní antropologie, biologie a sociologie. Druhá část kapitoly je mimo jiné zaměřena na objasnění pojmu volná hra, vliv volné hry na rozvoj dítěte, roli vychovatele, pravidla volné hry a klasifikaci her. Druhá empirická část – seznamuje s výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak probíhá volná hra ve funkčních prostorech v Konceptu otevřených skupin. Přičemž výsledky výzkumu přináší poznatky o průběhu volné hry samotné, o pravidlech, roli vychovatele a používání her nebo herních činností v jejím průběhu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of childern`s free play in the function environmets within the Open groups concept. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and empirical one. The theoretical part introduces the essential terms as the Opened groups concept, characteristics of the opened groups, furthermore it clarifies the term of function environments. The last fourth chapter is concerned as the key one. The first part of this chapter explains the theory of play within the academic disciplines as the psychology, cultural anthropology, biology and sociology. The second part of this chapter is among others focused on the clarifying of the free play term, the influence of free play on the child development, the educator’s role, the free play rules and the plays categories. The empirical part presents the research results which aim was to find out how the free play in the function environments of Open groups concept runs. The results bring findings about the process of free play itself, the rules, the educator’s role and using of plays or playing activities within its process.
