Tématem práce je proces hodnocení zaměstnanců v příspěvkové organizaci. Autor sleduje toto téma ve vztahu k motivaci zaměstnanců. Analyzuje proces hodnocení a sebehodnocení zaměstnanců v průběhu čtyř roků s cílem zjistit, jaké hodnotící nástroje a metody byly používány a jaký měly vliv na zpětnou vazbu poskytovanou zaměstnancům.
