Studium účinnosti rafinace na jednotce FDU v závislosti na změně provozních parametrů

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rafinací hliníkové slitiny pomocí odplyňovací jednotky FDU pro vysokotlaké lití. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku jednotlivých typů slitin hliníku. Dále jsou popsány rafinační metody, využívané u hliníkových slitin. Detailně je dále popsána metoda rafinace za pomoci jednotky FDU. Pozornost byla věnována také metodám optimalizace rafinační technologie prostřednictvím provozního testování a fyzikálního modelování, které souvisí s aplikační částí práce. V rámci aplikační části práce byly provedeny experimenty na jednotce FDU v provozních podmínkách společnosti MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s. za účelem testování vybraných provozních parametrů jednotky FDU. Práce popisuje průběh experimentů, použití zařízení, metodiku hodnocení odebraných vzorků a hodnocení a diskuzi výsledků. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla navržena doporučení pro zvýšení účinnosti rafinace na jednotce FDU.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the refining of aluminium alloy using the FDU degassing unit for high-pressure casting. The theoretical-methodological part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of individual types of aluminium alloys. Refining methods used for aluminium alloys are also described. The method of refining with the help of the FDU unit is further described in detail. Attention was also paid to optimization methods of refining technology through operational testing and physical modelling, which are related to the application part of the thesis. As part of the application part of the thesis experiments were carried out on the FDU unit in the operating conditions of MOTOR JIKOV Slévárna a.s. in order to test selected operating parameters of the FDU unit. The thesis describes the course of the experiments, the use of equipment, the methodology of the evaluation of the collected samples, the evaluation and discussion of the results. Based on the findings, recommendations were made to increase the efficiency of refining at the FDU unit.
