Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sestavení finančního plánu nově vznikající společnosti. Práce mapuje celý proces vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným, avšak hlavním cílem je vytvoření realistického finančního plánu. The thesis focuses on the financial planning of a start-up. The thesis describes the whole process of establishing new Ltd. Company. However the main goal was to create a realistic financial plan.
