Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sexuálním deliktem znásilnění. Práce se věnuje i vývoji právní úpravy tohoto sexuálního deliktu, avšak hlavní část je zaměřena na aktuální právní úpravu v ČR a psychologický profil pachatele trestného činu znásilnění. The thesis deals with the sexual offense of rape. It includes the evolution of legislation rules of this sexual offense, but the main part is focused on current legal aspects of rape in the Czech Republic and on psychological profile of the perpetrator.
