Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku strategického řízení lidských zdrojů, neboť lidské zdroje jsou nejdůležitější oblastí pro efektivní fungování celé organizace. Cílem práce je seznámit s řízením lidských zdrojů v této organizaci. Poukázat na přednosti tohoto řízení a s tím spojenou efektivitu společnosti. Upozornit tedy jak na klady personálního řízení, tak i na jeho nedostatky. V teoretické části práce se zabývám oblastí plánování, získávání, výběru a fluktuace zaměstnanců, jejich rozvojem, vzděláváním a samotným hodnocením a motivováním. V Praktické části představuji společnost a fungování jejího personálního útvaru v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a vyhodnocení personální práce ve společnosti na základě vyslovených hypotéz. Práce je napsána po podrobném prostudování odborných publikací s danou tématikou. Jsou zde použity materiály poskytnuté společností a využity metody návštěv a dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This work is focused on strategic human resources management, because human resources are the most important area for the effective functioning of the organization. The aim is to get acquainted with the management of human resources in this organization. Point out advantages of this procedure and the associated efficiency of the company. Notify to the positives of personal management, as well as its shortcomings. The theoretical part deals with the areas of planning, recruitment, selection and fluctuation, their development and education and actual evaluation and motivation. The practical part introduces the company and the functioning of its human resources department of human resource management and the actual evaluation of personnel work in the company on the basis of the expressed hypotheses. The work is written after a thorough study of scientific publications with the topic. There are used materials provided by the company and used methods of interviews, consultations and observations.
