Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaobírá právním povědomím zdravotnických pracovníků. Je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je věnována legislativě z oblasti zdravotnictví, konkrétněji například problematice povinné mlčenlivosti, negativního reverzu nebo neposkytnutí přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on legal awareness of healthcare employees. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and research. The theoretical part focuses on health legislation, expecially the problems of mandatory confidentiality, negative reverse or pre-hospital emergency care.
