Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah mezi přijímáním mezinárodních lidskoprávních závazků a vnitrostátní kvalitou dodržování lidských práv. This Diploma Thesis is concerned with relationship between international human rights treaties and domestic human rights practices using methods of global comparative analysis to asses this relationship.
