Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřil na analýzu silných a slabých stránek společnosti Pentapharm CZ s.r.o.. Společnost se zabývá distribucí a prodejem volně prodejných léčiv, především pak výrobků obsahujících australský Tea Tree olej a dočasně i výrobků pro ústní hygienu a péči o umělý chrup. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit postavení společnosti Pentapharm CZ s.r.o. na trhu v daném segmentu, pečlivě analyzovat její silné a slabé stránky. Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I focused on the Strengths and Weaknesses of Pentapharm CZ s.r.o.company. The company distributes and sells OTC medical products, specifically products containing Tea Tree oil and temporarily dental care and denture care products. The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find the position of Pentapharm CZ s.r.o. company on the market in existing segment, carefully analyse the Strengths and Weaknesses, then to suggest solutions to increase sales and the market share of the company.
