This bachelor dissertation is to focus on the influence of various factors used in the production process of the product quality in these hotel restaurants.

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vplyvom jednotlivých faktorov vstupujúcich do výroby na kvalitu výsledného produktu v reštauráciách hotelov.
