Bakalářská práce na téma Pozemkový fond – správce státních zemědělských pozemků se zabývá především působností Pozemkového fondu a jejím zakotvením v českém právním řádu. Bachelor thesis Land Fund - State Administrator of agricultural land is mainly concerned with the application of the Land Fund and its anchoring in the Czech legal order. Introduction discusses the emergence of the Land Fund, as authorized by the State legal person, who manages real estate owned, and then discusses the different bodies of the Fund and their power.
