TANK TRANSPORT - liquid foodstuff transportation issues

Abstract:

V práci popisuji charakter dopravy, původ a vznik dopravy cisternové a cisterny jako takové, k jakým účelům cisterna slouží a jaké komodity se v cisternách přepravují. Dále je popsána cisterna potravinářská, jak po technické stránce, tak po stránce využití v silniční přepravě. Cisternovou dopravu doprovází specifické finanční náklady, včetně mytí cisteren, což je hlavní bod mé práce. Při čištění je nutné dodržovat zákonem stanovené normy, které eliminují rizika znečištění přepravované komodity. Je rozebrána a srovnána hustota sítě čistících stanic v různých státek Evropy, doplněná o případovou studii v místě s hustotou sítě minimální a místě s hustotou sítě na kvalitní úrovni. Dále je rozebrána situace konkrétní firmy po finanční stránce s cílem potvrdit hypotézu o návratnosti investice do vlastní mycí linky.

Abstract:

This project describes characteristics of transportation, origin and genesis of tank transport, definitioin of tank as such, to which purposes the tank is used for and which commodities are transported in tanks. There is a description of foodtank, as its technical parameters and usage in road transport. Tank transport comes with specific financial costs, included tank cleaning fees, which is one of the most important goals of the work. During the cleaning its necessary to follow standarts, determined by law, which eliminates risks of contamination of transported commodity. There is comparison of density of cleaning stations in various European countries, amended by case studies for places with the lowest and the highest site density. There is also described financial situation of specific company, with objective to confirm the return of investment hypothesis, in case of buying their own tank cleaning station.
