Diplomová práce je věnována připravenosti obyvatelstva na mimořádné události a krizové situace. Veřejná správa by se měla snažit zvyšovat úroveň připravenosti obyvatelstva. The diploma thesis is dedicated to the preparedness of the population for extraordinary events and crisis situations. Public administration should strive to increase the level of preparedness of the population, i.e., how to protect their property, health, and life, and how to behave in a specific situation.
