Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro společnost, která zabyvá výrobou a distribuce elektrických kol. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je zavedení obecné znalostí o podnikatelském plánu, jeho potenciálních uživatelů a popis jednotlivých částí podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se skládá z přípravy kompletního o podnikatelského plánu. Autor splňuje všechny požadavky jeho struktury, včetně analýzy životního prostředí, analýzy trhu a finančního plánu. Na konci zhodnotím plán pomoci SWOT analýzy jeho silné a slabé stránky.

Abstract:

The aim of my Bachelor's Thesis is to develop a business plan for a company, producing and distributing electric bicycles. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In theoretical part there is an introducing of a general knowledge on business plan, its potential users and description of each part of business plan in detail. Practical part consists of preparing a complete business plan. Author complies with all the requirements of its structure, including business environmental analysis and marketing and financial plan. In the end of the thesis the business decision is made.
