Abstract:
Mým cílem je analyzovat poptávku po stravování ve školní jídelně ZŠ Bystřice a stanovit optimální stravné. Na základě interních materiálů školní jídelny a výsledků z dotazníků kalkuluji cenovou elasticitu poptávky a stanovuji výši poplatku, při které by bylo dosaženo maximálního rozdílu mezi příjmy a náklady. My aim is to analyse the demand for meals in the school canteen of the Primary School in Bystřice, and to determine the optimal meal price. Based on the school canteen's internal materials and the results of questionnaires, I calculate price elasticity of the demand and determine the amount of the fee that would maximize the difference between incomes and costs.
