The main role of employee in question: How can employers motivate their employees?

Abstract:

Motivace zaměstnanců je jednou z klíčových činností personálního oddělní každé firmy, která přispívá k udržení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě. V současném konkurenčním prostředí se společnosti snaží přilákat a udržet kvalifikované zaměstnance prostřednictvím nabídky různých zaměstnaneckých výhod. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzování současné situace v Oblastní nemocnici Trutnov a.s., vyhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s využívanými metodami a přístupy k motivaci. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky nemocnice a získaných informací z personálního oddělení je prezentováno vnímání současné situace a jsou identifikovány oblasti potenciálního zlepšení. Zjištěné výsledky naznačují, že většina respondentů je s prací v nemocnici spokojená, avšak existují některé nedostatky v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů, informovanosti a komunikace, které negativně ovlivňují jejich pracovní prostředí. Implementace některých k doporučení, která jsou navrhována, by mohla vést ke zlepšení situace a k dosažení vyšší spokojenosti.

Abstract:

Employee motivation is one of the key activities of the HR department of any company, which contributes to maintaining employee satisfaction in the company. In today‘s competitive environment, companies try to attract and retain qualified employees by offering various benefits. This bachelor‘s thesis aims to analyse the current situation at the Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov a.s., evaluating employee satisfaction with existing methods and approaches to motivation. Through a questionnaire survey among hospital employees and information gathered from the personnel department, the perception of the current situation is presented and areas for potential improvement are identified. The findings indicate that the majority of respondents are satisfied with their work at the hospital, but there are some gaps in employee benefits, information and communication that negatively affect their work environment. Implementing some of the recommendations that are suggested could lead to an improved situation and could increase employee satisfaction.
