Leadership and management - how to lead in order to achieve good results

Abstract:

V diplomové práci budu řešit problematiku leadershipu a managementu, které jsou zaměřeny na efektivní řízení za účelem dosahování výsledků. Zpracovávané téma představuje významný přínos v rozvoji současných i budoucích podnikatelských aktivit podniku. Při zpracování vybraného tématu budou shromažďovány a analyzovány dostupné informace o stávajících a potenciálně nových zaměstnancích. Bude nezbytné zjistit podrobnosti o způsobech a možnostech firmy a jejich realizace v praxi. Na základě zhodnocení a analýzy získaných informací o vybraných problémech, jejich konfrontace s teoretickými, dosud známými podklady, bude cílem diplomové práce navrhnout tým pro novou jednotku v reálném podniku. Po sestavení podniku bude vyhodnocena jeho efektivita a následně stanovena doporučení pro jeho další optimalizaci.

Abstract:

I deal with the problematics of leadership and management focused on effective leadership for a purpose to achieve satisfactory results in this master thesis. This topic presents a significant benefit in the development of present and future company business activities. There will be collected and analysed available information about the current and potential new employees of the company during the elaboration of the chosen topics. It is necessary to find out the possibilities of the company and its implementation in to the practise. The main goal of this master thesis is to develop the new team for the new company unit. It is based on evaluation and analyses of acquired information about the chosen problems, its confrontation with theoretics and known materials. There will be analysed the effectiveness and established the recommendation for the optimization after the new set up.
