Bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí šikany na 1. stupni základní školy. Teoretická část objasňuje význam termínu šikana, druhy šikany, výskyt šikany, věkové zvláštnosti u dětí mladšího školního věku, prevenci šikany, prevenční metody šikany a postup při řešení šikany.
