Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nákupu vakcín proti COVID-19, organizovaného Evropskou unií, právním rámcem, podmínkami smluv a registrací vakcín. The thesis deals with the issue of purchasing of the COVID-19 vaccines organised by the European Union, legal framework, the terms of con-tracts and vaccines authorisation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the vaccine purchasing process in the European Union with a focus on its legal framework.
