Business in a company without legal personality after the amendment of the VAT Act.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podnikání ve společnosti bez právní subjektivity po změně zákona o DPH. Práce porovnává hlavně právní charakteristiky společnosti (dříve sdružení bez právní subjektivity) se společností s ručením omezeným. Následně jsou vymezeny výhody a nevýhody obou právních forem podnikání. Na základě toho se pokusíme zjistit, která z těchto forem je výhodnější.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on business in a company without a legal personality after the amendment of the VAT Act. The thesis mainly compares the legal characteristics of the Company (formerly an association without legal personality) with a limited liability company.
