Possibilities of financing the activities of a startup company

Abstract:

Tato práce je psána na téma Možnosti financování vznikajícího podniku. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy projektu posoudit možnosti zdrojů financování s důrazem na efektivnost projektu. Dále na základě vyhotoveného projektu začínající firmy zhodnotit efektivitu podnikání a doporučit financování. Nejprve jsou v této práci popsány možnosti financování pro začínající podnik. Dále jsou uvedeny metody hodnocení projektu nového podniku. Na příkladu začínající firmy s výrobou cukroví je představen projekt cukrárenské pece, který je předmětem financování. Následně jsou sestaveny plánované tržby, od kterých se odráží naplánování výkazu zisku a ztráty, včetně rozvahy. K financování je vybrána konkrétní společnost. Na základě metod pro hodnocení projektu je vybráno vhodné financování. Na závěr je tento způsob financování začleněn do finančních výkazů nové společnosti.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the topic of financing a start-up company. The aim of the thesis is based on the analysis of the project to assess the possibilities of funding sources with emphasis on the effectiveness of the project. Furthermore, on the basis of the completed project, starting companies evaluate the efficiency of business and recommend financing. First, this thesis discribes the financing options for a start-up. The following are the methods of evaluating the project of a new company. The confectionery oven project, which is the subject of financing, is presented on the example of a start-up company with the production of confectionery. Subsequently, the planned revenues are compiled, which reflects the planning of the profit and loss statement, including the balance sheet. A specific company is selected to finance the project. Based on the methods for project evaluation, suitable financing is selected. Finally, this method of financing is included in the financial statements of new company.
