Abstract:
Tato práce rozebírá právo na obhajobu jako základní právo, které je přiznáno osobě, proti níž se vede trestní řízení, a to po celou dobu jeho trvání. Práce se člení do 6 kapitol. První obsahuje prameny práva na obhajobu a jeho vymezení v rámci práva na spravedlivý proces. This thesis analyses The Right of Defense as the basic right guaranteed to defendant (detained, suspect, accused, convicted) throughout the criminal proceeding. It is divided into 6 parts. First contains sources of law of The Right of Defense and his definition within The Right to a Fair Trial.
