Abstract:
Cílem práce je vyhodnotit současný systém odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a zaměřit se na dělnické profese, jejich odměňování a motivaci. V úvodní části diplomové práce budou popsány současné metody, které budou následně využity k návrhům nového systému odměňování a motivace dělnických profesí ve vybrané firmě. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current employee reward and motivation system in the selected company and also to focus on workers' professions,their rewarding and motivation.
