Technology as a Competitive Advantage. Case Study of the Cinema Panorama in Kyjov
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám kinem Oko v mém rodném městě, které na konci 60. let minulého století prošlo velkou rekonstrukcí. I díky moderní architektonické přestavbě dostalo nově již kino Panorama, technologickou novinku své doby, v podobě promítání 70mm filmu. Zkoumám, zdali se tato technologie stala pro Kyjov konkurenční výhodou před ostatními kiny v okrese Hodonín.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focus on my hometown Oko cinema, which in the late 60s has undergone a major reconstruction. Because of this modern architectonic redevelopment, new called Panorama cinema gave the option to project a 70mm film, a new technology in those days. I examine whether this technology has become the key element of competitive advantage for Kyjov in Hodonín district.
